This suite of three books has been produced by one of the country's leading bugle instructors - C J Boulton.
Book Two
This book moves on from book 1 and expands on all of the techniques taught there. It also has a daily practice routine and the preparatory exercises and studies build on the material in book 1. The book is in two sections, covering 'grade 2' and 'grade 3'
He has written these books to enable people to learn how to play the bugle at home and at their own pace.
They are clearly laid out and have explanations of all terms used. Each book has a companion CD which contains recordings of the exercises presented within the books.
There is also a glossary at the end of each section explaining the terms used.
