Loch Leven is a very intense static with an outstanding visual impact. First performed at the Open Day at the Royal Marines School of Music in 2002, then later performed at the Royal Albert Hall for the Mountbatten Festival of Music and the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance in 2004. The static moves through four different phrases, each with slight tempo changes. The visual effect in the fourth phrase takes it away with its ripple/wave effect in the first time bar, leaving your audience amazed! A complex static, but with effort you should see the results.
